Who is responsible for your data?
Iabsis Sàrl, Chemin des Préjins 18, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland. For any question: info@iabsis.com. This policy applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data do we collect?
- Browsing: pages viewed, length of visit, type of device, approximate origin, clicks on links and buttons. This audience measurement is done without cookies, with Umami (see below).
- Forms: the information you enter in « Your first plan », when booking an appointment or in the contact form (name, company, email, phone, description of your need).
- Appointments: the date and time of the call you book.

Who receives your data?
- Our host: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva. Your data is hosted in Switzerland.
- Umami: cookieless audience measurement, on a server run by iabsis. The statistics are used by iabsis only and are shared with no one.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Maps): audience measurement and map.
- Microsoft (Clarity): analysis of how pages are used, with click maps and anonymised session recordings. Form fields are masked and never recorded.
- Meta (Meta Pixel): measurement of our advertising campaigns. Texts entered in forms are never sent to it.
- Anthropic (Claude): generates your first plan from the description you enter. This data is not used to train its models.
- Appointment booking: PAFworks, our platform, hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak.
We never sell your data.
Transfers outside Switzerland
Google, Microsoft, Meta and Anthropic may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, on standard contractual clauses. For Google, Microsoft and Meta, they only take place if you accept the cookies concerned. For Anthropic, they take place when you use « Your first plan », which we state on the page of the tool.
How long do we keep it?
- Requests and plans not followed up: 24 months after the last exchange.
- Client data: for the duration of the business relationship, then according to the legal retention obligations (10 years for accounting records).

Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to its processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time via « Cookie management ». You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
Security
Your data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted exchanges, access limited to the people who need it.
Cookie management
The audience measurement of iabsis (Umami) sets no cookie. The other audience measurement and advertising tools, and the map, are only loaded after you agree. Texts entered in forms are never sent to them. You can change your choice at any time via the « Cookie management » link at the bottom of the page.

Terms and conditions
Scope, price and date set in advance
The scope, the price and the delivery date are set in writing before we start. If we miss the date, we carry on without any extra charge until delivery.
The date holds provided you give us the necessary access, information and approvals within the agreed time. A delay on your side moves the date by as much.
Payment
- Audit and Mockup: 100% on order.
- Prototype: 50% on order, 50% on delivery.
- Automation Sprint, Connected Tools, First Version and other formats: 34% on order, 33% on delivery of the test version, 33% at go-live.
Amounts already paid for an Audit, a Mockup or a Prototype are deducted from the next step.
Code and documentation
We hand over the source code and the documentation of what we have built for you once full payment is received. They belong to you: you can develop them further with us, on your own or with another provider.
Warranty
For 6 months after delivery, we fix any defect free of charge, that is, any deviation from what was agreed. Report a defect to us as soon as you notice it.
The following are not defects: changes, after delivery, to the third-party services, AI models or software your tool is connected to. Keeping up with them falls under maintenance.
New requests
Any request outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. It changes neither the price nor the date of the initial scope, unless agreed in writing.
Maintenance and hosting
From CHF 210 excl. VAT per month, i.e. 25% of the project price per year. Includes hosting, as well as security updates and fixes, applied every month.
Monitoring of your tool and support are offered on quotation, depending on the needs of your project.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Geneva.
